In the heart of Putney Heath, our client asked us to transform their primary bedroom into a calming, peaceful retreat. Inspired by Japandi and Scandi interiors, they wanted the design to focus on natural materials and finishes, achieving a minimalist hotel-room feel. A key challenge was addressing the layout, as the original configuration felt restrictive and left little circulation space around the bed. In the new design, we relocated the bed to the main wall, replacing a large run of wardrobes with the bed frame. New soft sage wardrobes were installed along the smaller wall where the bed was previously positioned.
